Uniforms- Visual Aids

We like to capture the attention of your participants and our trainees. One of the many ways we illustrate our training is by the use of visual aids and outfits. Take for example our SWAT outfit- Normally many people view training as something boring and uneventful. They expect a day of training to send them to sleep and to learn nothing about the session. Then as they walk into the room they notice the trainer dressed in full SWAT issue attire. As the training starts the trainer explains how he/she wants to create a special elite team of people and then applies the information throughout the session in relation to tactical skills and specialising in the field. What a difference!
In the Customer Service Course for example we illustrate several points using the outfit. This is how
- Helmet= Company policy/ managerial thinking
- Eye Protection= Customer service focused
- Identification= Image, branding, marketing, information provider
- Uniform= Teamwork
- Gloves= Handling people carefully, handshakes, control
- Utility Belt= Providing solutions, being equipped and empowered
- Arm/Knee Pads= Complaint handling, preparedness, action
- Boots= Walking in the customer shoes, perception
