Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using the information and services available through the Paramount Training & Development website (“Site”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.Paramount Training & Development may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified agreement on this Site.
Cancellations & Refunds
Paramount Training & Development run most courses on the date advertised. If for unforeseen circumstance or sickness a course may be rescheduled or cancelled. Paramount Training & Development reserve the right to cancel a course at anytime if required however customers of Paramount Training and Development will be notified and will be offered the following:
- Transfer of course & discounted rate for additional purchases
- Refund
Cancellation Policy
- Notice given within 0-10 working days prior to course commencement - No refund of course cost.
- Notice given more than 10-14 working days prior to course commencement - Transfer only
- Notice given more than 14 days- Refund
Transferring to Another Course
Transfers to another course are possible but not guaranteed.
Cancellations made after a transfer has been made – No Refund.

By using the secured payment system Paramount Training & Development protect your credit card details and by not storing credit card details for its transactions with our customers, Paramount Training & Development will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.
