These will be evaluated by Paramount staff and reported within 24-48 hours via e-mail or our state- of –the- art online reporting system. As each business is unique, the survey is designed, in consultation with you or your representative, to remain appropriate to your specific needs. You will decide which aspect of your businesses will be the target of focus on which particular day. You will be given a time frame which allow you to inform your staff of the upcoming appraisal, and what will be expected of them and that their performance will be evaluated.
