LEARNING STYLES

FEELERS

The people person! They tend to be very animated and emotional. They thrive working in groups and are adventurous in their learning. Always ready to participate and share their experiences and opinions.

OBSERVERS

These ones tend to blend in, taking time to find their comfort zone before joining in the group. They blossom when presented with activities which enable them find the solutions to a problem through exploration and when finding the solution they are almost always right on target.

THINKERS

These are the participants who prefer to work individually and usually do not see the point as to why group activities are always deemed necessary. Specifics and details are important in their style of learning as they tend to analyse and evaluate given information. Although they enjoy work by themselves relying on logic and reason they do enjoy sharing their new found ideas and concepts.

DOERS

The hands-on participants. They are always actively involved within the group usually the one tending to take the lead, being the centre of attention. Their shorter attention spans means they lose thread of the discussion when it becomes drawn-out. But they especially enjoy applying what they learn in everyday life.
