GENDER DIFFERENCES

This is an area in which the trainer must be very aware of as the issue of gender equality still finds its way into businesses today. The trainer must at all times display appropriate behaviour such as avoiding sexist remarks and including activities or such in their training which tends to be more gender specific. Tasks must be given equally among male and female so as to incorporate the views, reaction and ideas from both genders instead of these switching to traditional roles. The air of equality among males and females will display that combing the different perspectives from each creates solutions.
