S.W.A.T- Costumes & Outfits

The S.W.A.T outfit. This outfit is an actual military SWAT uniform. When your staff walk into the training session they know that its not your ordinary training day. We speak about becoming part of an elite team and also demonstrate how the uniform relates to the training session. We can use this outfit for Customer Service training, Conflict resolution, Body Language, Dealing with Difficult Customers and many more. Service With A Twist!

We have a range of costumes to impress upon your staff the information and illustrations. Choose from construction, authority, professional, public and many other characters.

 
   

Balls and All- Interactive Learning Tools

We have a range of coloured balls to help participants interact and have some fun within the sessions. These balls are provided to each staff member and can be thrown at the trainers whenever the participants feel they should move on, have a question or really just feel like being involved. It is amazing how normally the ones who don’t like interacting are the first to use the balls and also how people will interact and ask questions for an excuse to throw them.

 
 
   

Buzzers and Whistles- Games & Activities

For those Auditory learners we have avenues to create a noise. We have a range of games and activities that we use buzzers and whistles. These buzzers say certain this such as “Not my problem” “Whatever” and “I don’t think so”. Great to demonstrate the ability of positive thinking and increasing communication skills.

 
   

Dice for those awkward moments- Interaction and Demonstration

Having your staff interact within a session is important for the learning process. By engaging your participants within the course they are attentive and in a better learning state. When it comes to role plays we no longer need volunteers, we use the dice to help select participants at random and adds a touch of fun to the parts of training that many withdraw from. We can use the dice to select volunteers, choose prizes and select ideas.

Act the part- Demonstration and Illustration

When you need to demonstrate the information or who your participants how do use the information we can help. We can supply actors to show how to disarm angry clients, use body language, resolve conflict, answer calls, make sales etc. This is a great way to sit back, enjoy the show and learn also.
