AGE
Adults have the ability of continuous learning throughout their life although various factors may influence the effectiveness of what is being taught. It has been identified that as we age physical changes may play part in this area such as the diminishing of hearing and sight, lower energy levels and decreased reaction time making them slower and more difficult to train. Although this may be the case research has proven that although being an older person they are better able to evaluate and apply information from life experience, as compared to younger people who are able to readily memorize information. A trainer who is accommodating to any age group being taught will ensure avoiding these issues that may arise.
